We are generous with our commission schedules and have programs that allow you to keep expanding your earning potentials.
Commandment IV: Incentives
We will have incentives and rewards.
We appreciate your business and we are not afraid to show it.
Commandment V: Education
We are committed to education and product knowledge.
We sponsor continuing education and training classes for both product and sales knowledge. We want you and your agents to be equipped with the knowledge they need to provide the highest level of service to their clients and achieve the highest level of sales.
Commandment VI: Communications
We will communicate with you on a regular basis.
We will stay in touch with what is going on in the industry, product changes and sales ideas.
Commandment VII: Personal Attention
We recognize your contribution.
We will treat everyone with personal attention. A real person in our office will answer the phone and handle whatever your situation may be on an individual basis.
Commandment VIII: Service
We are committed to the service every broker, agent and case needs.
We will expedite the handling of your agents’ applications and will advise you of any follow up that may be required. We want your cases issued as quickly as possible so that the clients can have their policies and the agents paid.
Commandment IX: Supplies
We want you to be supplied to conduct business.
We will provide you and your agents with the illustrations, applications and customer brochures that they need when they are needed.
